Our fully furnished Florida Vacation Pool Home is ideal for those who want to just "get away from it all" or those who want to enjoy a full day at the theme parks or a day of golfing, yet want to unwind at the end of the day in their own private home. The home boasts a large covered lanai area, great for playing games or having a meal outdoors. It is totally screened in. A child safety fence has been installed between the home and the pool area for added protection. Security alarms have been installed on all doors that lead to the pool from the interior of the house.

Welcome to our Villa!!! Open floor plan living/family room leads to lanai & pool. Queen Master bedroom en suite leads out to the pool. Master bath with large soaking tub and shower off pool. Full size bed in second bedroom. Second bathroom in palm tree motif. 
The set of twin beds is in the 3rd bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen for your convenience. The dinette looks onto the lanai/pool area. The dining room is in addition to the dinette area. Large lanai for dining, games or just relaxing. Pool (heat optional) with child safety fence & 2 waterfalls.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques
    The amounts posted are the daily rates. If you are inquiring about weekly stays or longer, be certain to check out the weekly rates. They tend to be substantially less. Also, if it is short notice to your arrival time, check out the last minute discounted rates as well.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 25 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
