Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom is fitted with the Hannah bedroom suite. This light air conditioned room with its overhead fan enables you to sleep in cool comfort in the four post bed. The cable TV and DVD has been added for your extra pleasure. The walk-in wardrobe provides ample storage space with the added extra of a security safe. Leading off the bedroom is the en-suite. For the busy morning there is the double walk-in shower,
or for a relaxing soak at the end of the day there is the bath tub.

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is located to the front of the villa with views of the garden. It has a pine bedroom suite. The built-in wardrobe provides ample storage space for all your needs. This bedroom also has cable TV and DVD.

2 Single/Twin Beds (sleeps 2). This is the quietest of all the bedrooms. Bedside cabinets, and built-in wardrobes. This is the bedroom where you will find a play station and a selection of games.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

The main view is of Highlands Reserve Golf course. Some early mornings, depending upon the prevailing wind, you can be seen hot air balloons drifting.

Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
