    Pool is private. Private garden. Large dining area seats eight comfortably. Fantastic games room. Fully equipped with linens and towels and all you would require for your vacation. Laundry room also has ironing board and iron. South facing pool sun from Sunrise to Sunset. Only overlooked by orange groves. A private back yard ideal for a BBQ.

    • The Gulf Coast is less than 50 minutes drive great for a relaxing day.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
    Deposit due when balance is due. Owner is very flexible with which ever method of payment is best for you. Credit card payments will be charged in US $ with a surcharge of 3.5%. Prices are guaranteed on receipt of the deposit and completed booking form.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 28 per day and/or 210 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
