This villa is arranged on two floors and can accommodate up to 12 guests in complete comfort. The villa is bright, airy and open, sympathetically furnished to a “designer standard” using Floridian colors. The villa is extremely spacious and the second lounge area will afford our guests even more space to relax. This villa truly provides the perfect combination of convenience and attractiveness of location.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 20 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
