    The house is fully air-conditioned throughout and is equipped with ceiling fans in every bedroom and all main rooms of the house. An intruder alarm, smoke detectors and fire extinguisher are also provided in the house for your own safety. Child safety devices surround our pool. Large washing machine with separate tumble dryer iron and ironing board are situated in the separate utility room which leads into the large double garage. The house is tiled throughout down stairs except in the master bedroom where there is carpet.

    Payment Details
    300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 95.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 24 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
