Bedroom

1 Queen Bed. This bedroom is a second master with ensuite. Well furnished with mirrored dresser, telephone, bedside drawers and lamps, clock radio, figurines and 19" color tv connected to cablevision. The ensuite has a large walk in closet, hairdryer, step in shower and plenty of towels. The view from window overlooks the pool.

2 Single/Twin Beds. This room is tastefully decorated in a Micky theme. The room has spare set of linen and also links onto a shared bathroom with private facilities. The bathroom has plenty of towels and with a bath tub with over the bath shower. This bathroom also has it's own hairdryer and a large vanity sink with mirrored wall.

2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This room is also tastefully decorated in a Scooby Doo theme. The room has spare set of linen and also links onto a shared bathroom with private facilities. The bathroom has plenty of towels and with a bath tub with over the bath shower. This bathroom also has it's own hairdryer and a large vanity sink with mirrored wall. The room also has Xbox games consul with games, Card games, Young children gemaes and TV.

This villa is located in a corner plot surrounded by natural Florida pine trees. The house is tastefully landscaped.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). A vehicle is required to drive (about 10 minutes) to the parking lot of the championship golf and country club. There are several other championship golf courses in close vicinity.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the wide variety of shops and restaurants throughout the area. Five minute drive from shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Disney World is a fifteen minute drive and all other theme parks are within easy reach. Five minute drive to the parking lot of the 'Sand Dunes' golf and country club. There is a short walk from the parking lot to the club house. Sea World is twenty minutes, Universal Studios is thirty minutes.
• Nearby Attractions: The Villa is 15 minutes to Disney via I-4 and extremely handy for all the areas attractions.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). A 30 refundable key deposit is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $ 18.00 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
