View

The front of the house faces onto the street and the houses opposite. Beyond this there is wood land. To the rear all sides of the property are fenced bar one side, so itis very private. The neighbours are all residents so not around much during the day.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). Nearest golf courses are approx 10 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Many shops and restaurants to choose from.
• Approx 1 hour 15 minutes and you can reach Daytona beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 100 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
