Pool heat available at additional cost ($100/per week/$15 per day), ceiling fans in all rooms, Gas BBQ, pool toys and floats, all pool towels. Covered Lanai for protection from elements. • Villa is located 30 min. from Orlando Int. Airport, 60 min. from Sanford Int. Airport, 60 min. from Tampa Int. Airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The closest course is 1.5 miles from the house,"Champians Gate". The course is new; it only around 2003. There are also many other courses within a 15-20 minute drive. All have public access.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the wide variety of shops, restaurants and attractions throughout the area. Nearest grocery store and fast food is a 5 minute drive. Larger dining and shopping areas are about a 10-15 minute drive.
• You can reach ocean/beach in about an hour, both east and west. Beach area within 1 hours drive both east and west.
• Nearby Attractions: Disney World theme parks are 10-15 minute drive (depending on traffic) away. Universal Studios is a 20 minute drive.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $15 per day and/or $100 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
