25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
