It makes the atmosphere in the villa very sociable and everyone can join in with the activities. It has direct access to the lanai and covered pool area.There is a solar cover and roller to conserve the pool heat. The spa is the perfect place to relax and there is also seating, a table and loungers. All this in a gated community that is only 10 minutes from Disney World. The perfect place to spend your vacation - why be confined to hotel rooms when you can rent a whole house for the same.

The pool area overlooks a conservation strip which separates the rows of houses on the development and is a haven for wildlife. We love to listen to the crickets as we sit in the spa at night with the pool lights on - or dine out on the lanai.

The vaulted ceilings throughout the property give this villa a light airy feeling. There really is everything that you need to truly enjoy your stay away -no more being cramped in a hotel room. You can do your own washing so travel light - ready for all that retail therapy in the nearby stores. We also have a ganes room in the garage with pool, air hockey, foosball, electronic basketball and darts. A bar table and stools provides somewhere for the spectators.

• Orlando International Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Sanford is approx 50 minutes away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby. There are several golf courses nearby including Highlands Reserve, Polo Park and Champions Gate plus all the Disney courses.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There is a Wal-Mart Superstore 5 minutes north, a Publix supermarket 5 minutes south. There are restaurants opening up every week in the local area plus there is a huge choice in both food and prices to be found on the 192. Posner Park is our newest and nearest shopping mall about 10 minutes drive away but there are various shopping malls about 30 minutes drive and they offer the chance for everything from designer to bargain basement.
• The Space and Gulf coasts are both about 1 hours drive away.
• Nearby Attractions: Disney World is 10 minutes drive, Sea World 20 minutes Universal Studios 20 minutes Wet and Wild 20 minutes Tennis 2 minutes walk.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. .
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
The deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel once the balance has been paid you may be entitled to a refund of part or all of the balance. We would provide paperwork to support an insurance claim. The security deposit is repaid if no damage occurs to the property while staying.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 20 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
