Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Once you have decided to stay, a deposit of $262.50 per week is required, with a completed booking form and signed terms and conditions, to confirm your dates. The balance and refundable security deposit is payable in full, 10 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. NOTE: Rates are payable in USD ($) or GBP(£).

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
