    Payment Details
    10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    Once you have completed the booking form we will send an invoice for deposit payment to confirm your dates.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 0.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for $225 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
