The villa is completely furnished, to an exceptionally high standard. The private swimming pool is screened. The pool and patio area is fully alarmed for the safety of children. The large deck area has a spa/jacuzzi and a large terrace with a range of patio furniture and loungers. The large covered patio/lanai is perfect for evening relaxation and al fresco dining.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 7 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 85.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 25.00 per day and/or 170.00 per week. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
