Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Your holiday is on a self-catering basis and it includes the accommodation and use of the swimming pool & spa (Jacuzzi), excluding pool & spa heating. There is a separate charge for pool & spa heating of $165 USD per week if required.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). A lovely room complete with ensuite shower room, walk-in closet & vaulted ceiling. Two windows overlook the pool & the Conservation area 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). With ensuite shower room & views of the Conservation area to the side of the property 1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). With views of the Conservation area to the side of the property 1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). With views of the pool & jacuzzi & Conservation area beyond 1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). We have made this into a 'den', equipped with 32" TV, X-Box games console & DVD player as well as Queen-size sofa bed 1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). One of the leather sofas converts into a comfortable Queen-size bed

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

The unit is set within The Sandy Ridge Development, which is a Conservation Area. The villa has views of a lake and forest to the rear - see photos!

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 3 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Within 2 minutes of the house is a pharmacy, offering local store amenities such as bread, milk and various meal options. A supermarket offering all of the expected products is situated at Champions Gate, only 5 minutes drive from the villa.
• Nearby Attractions: The world famous Disney Resort is just a 15 minute drive away! The Theme parks are all located as close as 10-15 minutes, up to approximately 20 minutes drive, away, depending on the attraction. Located very close to the prestigious golfing resorts of Reunion, Champions Gate and the New Providence Development.

When you make your booking, you must pay a deposit of $200 USD per week, or part thereof, to the owner in addition to the payment made to Owner Direct. The balance of your rental cost must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks before your departure date, unless it is a late booking, in which case it should be paid immediately. The separate charge for pool & spa heating, if required, is payable with the balance, unless this additional extra is added separately at a later date, in which case alternative arrangements will be made. A refundable Damages/Security deposit of $500 USD is also payable with the balance assuming full occupancy.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: No Charge.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $165 (USD) per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
