    • The spacious kitchen is beautifully finished with ample cupboard space. Appliances also include a full size ceramic cooker, cold water drink dispenser, extractor fan and waste disposal unit. Next door to the kitchen is the laundry, complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, iron and ironing board. There is a formal dining area which has a large rosewood dining table with seating and place settings for six. For breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the breakfast nook which is across from the kitchen.

    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The master en-suite bedroom is located at the rear of the villa and is furnished with a luxurious bed, large walk in closet, drawer units, lamps and ceiling fan. There is also remote controlled cable TV, a PC with high speed DSL (Broadband) Internet connection and access to the pool and lanai area. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk in shower, corner bath, his 'n' hers vanity units and hair dryer. This bathroom can also be used as a pool shower room as there is access from the deck.

    The delightful lounge is situated at the front of the villa just as you enter the home. The room has a cathedral style ceiling with fan, and ceiling lights. The room has been tastefully dressed by interior designers, and furniture includes a Love Seat and three seater sofa. The family room is situated towards the rear of the villa, with access to the covered porch which leads to the patio and pool area. This sunny room has ample seating in the comfortable sofas and easy chairs, and is equipped with occasional furniture, lamps, 53” widescreen television with High definition cable, DVD and CD player.     Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
