The pool area has a fully screened south facing pool allowing you to top up your tan at any time of the day and is fenced for that extra privacy. Close to all the Disney theme parks, shops and restaurants. Many golf courses nearby including the executive Highlands Reserve and Champions Gate. The garage has been converted into a games room which has a pool table and darts.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 90 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
