Ashley Manor is located 10 miles west of Disney World, in a beautiful upscale neighborhood. It's right around the corner from prestigious Champions Gate which has Publix supermarket, McDonalds, gas stations, and various other shops and restaurants. It also has two Greg Norman designed championship golf courses. This fabulous four bedroom home boasts two master suites. Both master suites have luxurious Queen Beds and huge walk in closets. The other two bedrooms both have two twin beds in each, and spacious walk in closets.

    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
