Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The Master bedroom comprises of an American King Size bed with an en-suite bathroom. It has a walk in wardrobe, two bedside cabinets, a dressing table, HD TV with DVD player. A radio alarm clock. The bedroom is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan. There is patio doors which leads directly to the pool area.

2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). There is a bedside cabinet, TV, DVD player, wardrobe and radio alarm. The room is air conditioned and has a ceiling fan.

Living Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). As you enter the villa there is a formal dining table in Mahogany with 6 chairs. The living area has twin settee's, one of these converts into a Queen size bed. There is also 3 coffee tables and reading lamps. This room is fully air conditioned.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

View

Our villa is within the stunning gated community of Westhaven. It has well maintained gardens throughout the area all year round. As you would expect in a residential area other villas surround ours but this is by no way claustrophobic. The property is detached and has a feeling of spaciousness. It is very peaceful and would be a great place to spend your Florida vacation.

Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Champions Gate is a 5 minute drive. There is ample local amenities here. These include a well stocked supermarket, hairdressers, and petrol station, liquor store and bank. Food establishments and diners include a McDonalds, Subway and an Italian and American restaurants. There are also a number of others who provide takeaways or home delivery. We are also close to Highway 27 and the 192 which have a large number shops and restaurants providing a vast amount of cuisines.
Nearby Attractions: Westhaven is in a great location and is only 15 minutes away from Disney Main gate, 20 minutes to Sea World, 30 minutes to Universal Studios and 60 minutes to Kennedy Space Centre, Cocoa beach and Busch gardens. If you fancy an Air boat or balloon ride then these are all in close proximity.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Cash
All cheques must be cleared by the bank before the booking is confirmed. We require a booking form to be completed from our website which states our terms and conditions.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: these can be hired from our management company..
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $85.00.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for 23 per day and/or 155 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
