Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and £200/US$300 per booking. Once this has been received, a confirmation letter/email will be issued and the renter will then be responsible for the total price of the property rental on the due date specified on the confirmation letter, plus refundable security deposit, less deposit paid. The balance of the rental fee will be due 10 weeks before the holiday commencement date.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
