Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Diners Club - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 7.00 per day.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 75.00 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 25.00 per day and/or 150.00 per week. A minimum of 3 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
