Situated in the gated community of Tuscan Hills just 10 minutes from Disney, our brand new (2007) 2 storey courtyard villa is made up of 5 large bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a 12x13 foot private pool, and attached spa (with safety fence), pool deck and covered lanai. Features include flat screen TV, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, air conditioning throughout, cable, 2 DVD players (with movies) and every bedroom comes with a TV. We also have a PlayStation (with games)and the garage has been converted into a games room which features Air Hockey, Billiards and an electronic dart board.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for $25 per day and/or $115 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
