VILLA IN THE HEART OF DISNEY - PRIVATE POOL, SLEEPS 8-10 The villa is at Florida Pines in Davenport, just outside Orlando. 15 minute drive away from Disney. Private pool with lanai, air conditioning, en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes with a safe in each. TV in all bedrooms. DVD player and internet access. The property is zonally air-conditioned. Games Room. The pool is enclosed to keep insects out but not the sun. 2 minutes drive to the local supermarket. 5 minutes drive to Wal-Mart. 10 minutes drive to International Drive and the Great eating places.20 minutes drive to Orlando Central. 20 minutes drive to Florida Mall. |

Florida Mall and Mall at Millennia are each about a 10 - 15 minute drive away with fantastic department stores such as Saks of Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdale's and Macy’s. Many other well known shops such as Guess, Nine West and Victoria's Secret make for great shopping and in the case of Cartier, Louis Vuitton and Jimmy Choo great window shopping! • Nearby Attractions: Close by are all the attractions and theme parks including the magical world of Disney! Payment Details
200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal The security deposit is required with the final payment which is returnable after your holiday if applicable. The client may cancel the holiday booked at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellations must be in writing. We reserve the right to cancel the holiday if payment has not been received in accordance with the prescribed dates. The following cancellation charges will apply to all rentals cancelled in accordance with the above: Any cancellations - loss of rental deposit. 30 to 60 days prior to arrival - 50% of total rental. Within 30 days of arrival - 100% of total rental. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Optional pool heat is available for 10 per day and/or 60 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate. |
