The well appointed kitchen with vaulted ceiling is fully fitted with all the appliances you are likely to need, including a full size electric cooker and waste-disposal unit. The breakfast bar seats four on elegant high padded stools with backs. There is a separate pantry.

In addition, the villa can take a baby. This fabulous fully air-conditioned villa is well equipped, furnished to a high standard and tastefully decorated. An elegant shaded lanai adjoins the pool, which is surrounded with decking. Separate laundry room. Bridgewater Crossing nestles among 165 acres of tranquil nature reserves. There is a lakefront nature trail, children's playground, community swimming pool, volleyball, floodlit tennis and basketball courts, and a lakeside picnic area. All of these facilities are free of charge to our guests.

Bridgewater Crossing is only 3 minutes drive from Champions Gate village with large supermarket, restaurants, and pharmacy.
• A beautiful lake is a minute's walk! Cocoa Beach on the Atlantic coast is about an hour away. The superb Gulf Coast beaches can be reached in about 80 minutes.

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal
3% extra for PayPal and credit card payments.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 30 per day and/or 175 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
