The property is well maintained and is on a corner plot near to the large lakes and community facilities i.e. swimming pool, tennis courts and volley ball. It has it's own screened(by fence)outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi which can be heated if required.
Supermarkets are approximately 5 minutes away by car and Disney 15 minutes. Orlando Airport is about 45 minutes.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 40 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
