Payment Details

100 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 120 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
