    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    __Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. If payment in full has not been received by this date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. If you are making a reservation within 30 days of arrival, the full balance is due at the time of reservation. This is to guarantee the home for your arrival.__ __CANCELLATION:__ Cancellations received prior to arrival will be entitled to a refund of any pre-payment, minus the 30% reservation deposit. Cancellations received less than 30 days, but more than 14 days prior to arrival will receive 50% of any pre-payment, minus the 30% reservation deposit.____ No refund of any kind will be made for cancellations received less than

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
