1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Twin Cot (sleeps 1). There is also a sleeper sofa that sleeps two people that is located in the Living Room. In addition to this there is also a baby cot.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). True luxury, huge room with a King size bed, light oak solid wood furniture complements this room, twin beside cabinets, chest of drawers/dressing table/mirror , colour TV, walk in clothes storage closet (in here you will find a cot and a high chair for children more comfortable using this type of furniture and also an electronic safe). From the bedroom patio doors lead you directly to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom includes a large oval bath, huge walk in shower, dual vanity unit, large ‘Hollywood’ style mirror and a fitted hairdryer. Separate WC.

Restaurants: There are numerous shops and restaurants along the US192 and also down the US27. We found Sizzler is excellent value for breakfast or brunch - arrive at around 10:30am and you can eat breakfast and lunch for less than $5 - no need to worry about eating in Disney! There are loads of shops and restaurants on the US192. We can definitely recommend Carrabba's Italian Grill by Splendid China (fantastic food at a very reasonable price). There are some excellent takeaways (Chinese, Indian, and Pizza) in the area - details can be found at the villa. • Nearby Attractions: 10 minutes to Disney entrance. 35 minutes to Orlando International airport. 50 minutes to Sanford International airport. 25 minutes to Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure. Less than 5 minutes to shops, restaurants, golf, banks, etc.
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance).
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque 2. Deposit / Security Deposit. A deposit of £150 / $200 per week is required with the completed booking form. Confirmation of booking will normally be made within seven days of receipt of deposit. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit will be non-refundable but will be deducted from the full rental amount due. A refundable security deposit of £200 / $400 will be charged along with the balance of the rental to cover any breakage or damage whilst staying in the holiday home. 3. At the time of confirmation, an account will be issued showing the balance due. This is payable ten weeks prior to the date of departure. Bookings made within ten weeks of departure are payable in full at the time of booking. Full details of location and entry will be sent to you after full payment has been received. 4. • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: n/a. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $80 per clean. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. • Optional pool heat is available for $20 per day and/or $140 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate. |
