Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Diners Club
Arrangements can also be made to pay by credit card to Property Management Company. A refundable damage/deposit of $275 is required.

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 25 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
