The 2,106 sq ft Villa is ideal for 10 persons plus 2 on sofa bed. It has 5 bedrooms (2 Queen Master Suites, 1 full bed and 2 twin bedrooms), 3.5 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a 26 x 13 foot private pool with spa with covered lanai, a dining room, large living room, fitted kitchen, air conditioning throughout. Crib and high chair are included free.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal
    Arrangements can also be made to pay by credit card to Property Management Company.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $35.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 25 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
