1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This ground-floor master bedroom overlooks the pool and jacuzzi area. The center piece of this large luxurious room is a beautiful contemporary four poster king size bed. It also has a matching dresser, mirror and nightstands. There is a TV for your entertainment and a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has a vanity unit, corner bath big enough for two people together and there is a separate walk-in shower.

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This second master bedroom is located upstairs and has a luxury king bed with pillow top bedding and furnishings, TV, large walk in closet, en- suite bedroom with bath and shower.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: on request.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for Pool/Spa for $196 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
