A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal
$175.00 of the Owner's rent is required to complete the booking, blance due 8 weeks before arrival date.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for £12.00 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
