1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The master suite has a dressing room and full bathroom with walk in shower and bath. The bed is a king sized 4-poster bed. The room also has a cable TV with DVD player and a clock radio. There is plenty of room for a cot and/or child's bed.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Deposit of £150 is required to book dates. Balance due 8 weeks before holiday

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for £75 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
