    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 20 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    Payment by credit card will be via PAYPAL method. Please add 3.5% to the total figure due (rental plus security deposit). Please note that I can accept both USD and GBP.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for $25.00 USD per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
