Monthly rate range Min $2000 to Max $2850 - Rates applicable to Jan, Feb, Mar, May, Sep, Nov.
Long Term Rates will depend on length of stay and the season.

Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Special Conditions

A charge of $110 will be added to bookings that are less than 7 nights.

Your holiday villa is available for occupancy from 4:00pm on arrival and must be vacated promptly by 10:00am on the day of departure.
Admittance before or after these times are by prior arrangement only. Your holiday villa is for a maximum of 12 people (plus infant) only. All those staying in the villa must be named on the booking form.

Orlando International Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Written directions from the airport will be provided.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 2 minute(s). As well as being set in a quite gated community and surrounded by citrus groves and sunsets, our villa is conveniently located within a short walking distance to a local British style bar, 7/11 store, petrol station and restaurants. We are also ideally located a short distance from the beaches in Clearwater, Kennedy Space Centre and numerous golf courses as well as only being 10 minutes from all the major attractions in Orlando.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 250) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $30 per item.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for $25.00 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
