Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom is comfortably furnished with an impressive dressing table, bedside tables with lamps, a telephone extension and cable TV. The window overlooks the pool. It has a large walk-in closet and en-suite shower room which also leads to the pool. The computer desk is also situated in this room.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom has a walk-in closet, chest of drawers and television. The windows look out on the front garden. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a tub and integral shower.

1 Queen or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom has a walk-in closet, chest of drawers, television and the window overlooks the pool. The room is decorated with an outer space theme.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The villa is in a residential community surrounded by a conservation area.

More Information

The south-facing pool and lanai are 21 by 34 foot. The pool is completely screened and is in an unusually large garden which is completely fenced in and, therefore, private. It is furnished with luxury furniture including loungers, ottomans and a table and chairs with umbrella. The lounge/dining area has a laminated wood floor and alarmed French windows leading to the pool. The breakfast bar is open to the kitchen area. The room has a cable television, DVD and CD players and 2 large, comfortable sofas. The dining area has a table that comfortably seats 6.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $20 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $15.00 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
