The house is 1750 square foot and detached playroom at 800 square foot has plenty of room and the property is fenced 2 acres, providing plenty of parking and privacy. The house sits 250 feet off the road down a well kept gravel driveway and the entrance is gated for your security. Interior is bright Florida colors with unique exciting photos and statues from around the world. Inside the house is everything you need except your personnal clothing and toiletries. Outside in the yard are flowers and plants, fruit trees and more statues for your enjoyment. Glass wall opens to bring the inside outside at any time. Seeing is believing! The playroom is for those who want to have fun. The pool table,darts,ping pong,and foosball available all day long and fireplace is great ambience in the winter.

The swimming pool which can be heated in the winter is fully screened and decorated with plants and statues. You can sit in the dining room, open the glass wall and look over the swimming pool into the yard.

The county of Volusia allows us 1 client per month so this property is rented monthly or longer. We will accept shorter stays but the cost will still fall under the monthly rate. Look over the photos and you will see what a beautiful place we have.
