The unit's large north window overlooks the pool and has beautiful northeast views of the beach and ocean. The unit is on the ground floor so you are approximately 7 steps to the pool and 15 steps to the beach. The unit has a private lanai for you to sit outside and relax while listening to the sounds of the beach. At night, you can rest in the unit's large king size bed. If you love the beach, you are going to love staying here.

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
