This resort is located directly on the beach where you have 23 miles of sparkling white sand. It has everything you need for a great vacation, including the best location at the beach. The patio is right outside your door where you can relax in the sun, or cool off with a swim in the pool. NO streets to cross to the beach. On A1A, three-fourths mile to Main street Pier and Ocean Center, and half mile to Speedway Boulevard (DAB Airport five miles away). You can relax on the beach while enjoying the ocean and sunrises, go fishing, or swim in one of the oceanfront pools. Most of all enjoy and have fun, just getting away from it all! This condo is located on the First Floor in an oceanfront building.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Travelers Cheques
$200.00 Security deposit is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. Note: Until Confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Payments-Advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 60 days before arrival. (Consideration for booking with less notice). The Advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival. The Advance payment is not a damage deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
