50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
