Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Diners Club - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
PAYMENT-An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 45 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $15.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
