Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Several golf courses in the area (in Daytona and surrounding cities).
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Many restaurants and shops across the street all along the strip.
Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Building is directly on the beach. There is a ramp from the condo to the beach.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
