Our unit is a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium with 1 queen bed in the Master Bedroom Suite and two twin beds in the second bedroom. This condo contains a full size kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The unit contains a laundry room with washer and dryer, an ironing board, a coffee maker and cooking and eating utensils. We have a secretariat for your office use, wide screen Plasma television in the living room, and plasma cable TV in the master bedroom suite.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 12.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $80.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
