All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
