This deluxe five-bedroom two level house was built in 2003 and is 3,800 sq ft. After staying in this house you will want to come back year after year. The house offers spectacular Deer Valley ski run and Jordanelle reservoir lake views. The house is professionally decorated with all new furniture as of December 2005 and has all high end finishes.
The house is conveniently located: seven minutes to the Gondola at Deer Valley, nine minutes to the base of Park City Resort/Main Street and forty minutes from Salt Lake City airport.

    • The drive from Salt Lake City Airport to the house is 35 to 40 minutes. It is all highway and you will make about four turns.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). The house is conveniently located: seven minutes to the Gondola at Deer Valley, nine minutes to the base of Park City Resort/Main Street, and forty minutes from Salt Lake City airport. The house is located 2 minutes off of the highway and there are no steep or cliff side roads to worry about during the winter months. You will need to rent a car- please speak to the Owner regarding a discounted rate through Enterprise Rental.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). All restaurants are located in downtown Park City, which is nine minutes away. The Albertson's grocery store is 6 minutes away.
    • There are Deer Valley Ski Run views and Jordanelle Reservoir views. In the summer you can ski and fish on the reservoir.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
