Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Discover Card
If you cancel within 45 days, payments less $150 penalty are refunded only if the property is re rented. Outside 45 days, fully refundable less $150 penalty. Penalty can be applied to future stays.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 80.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
