• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). there is a small shopping area with a drug store, banks, coffee shop, produce store, 7-11 and a good sushi restaurant about a 15 minute walk away. There are major shopping centers 10 minutes away at Scott Road.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel less than 35 days prior to arrival, there is no refund. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
