Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). As this place is in a rural setting, there is one restaurant - a ten minute walk from the resort. Access to all other dining facilities and shopping does require a car and a drive of about 10 minutes to Lund or 30 minutes to Powell River.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is rocky. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. Just steps away. There are power boats available for rent and charter trips to Desolation Sound on the 33' sightseeing boat called the ARK.

Payment Details
Rent payment is flexible and can be worked out with the Owner. A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel, your rent will be refunded (less a $50 handling fee) if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of 10.00/pet/day will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
