    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival - cash or traveler check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
