Ancient farmhouse that has recently been renovated and transformed into 4 cosy holiday apartments in a small family-run farm where you can find a villa inhabited by the owner, a small apartment and a small hayloft. The property is characterised by is peacefulness, the greenery that surrounds it and the exquisite hospitality of the owners. Each apartment has its own private equipped outdoor area. Shared with the other accommodations and the owner: a swimming (12x6) approx. 70 m away, in an elevated position, with a large lawn. On the gr. fl. there is billiards' room which is to be shared among the guests. Once a week the owner offers the guests a pizza served in a rustic room with wood-burning oven. It is possible to go for pretty walks. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: 1.8 km from Dicomano (all kinds of shops, tennis, small railway station with connections for Florence approx. every hour), 40 km Florence. Nearby are Scarperia, Vicchio, Borgo S. Lorenzo and the other towns of the Mugello.
ACCOMMODATION: (90 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with kitchen corner (oven, freezer) and access onto the private garden (40 m2). 1st fl.: 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower and double washbasin.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
