Ancient manor house (300 m2) that is part of a 400 ha property with woods, vineyards, olive groves and two small delightful lakes. Pretty view. Peaceful position. Villa Vivai is located along the valley of the Sieve river, in the Mugello hills, in a group of holiday homes consisting of 6 ancient stone-built farmhouses and a small church but has its own access and two outdoor areas that separate it from the other houses. Shared with the other 6 houses: swimming pool (14x7)(1/5-15/10) in a secluded position with a pretty view.Possibility of Internet hookup at the reception. DISTANCES: 2.5 km Dicomano (all kinds of shops, railway line to Florence), 38 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room with fireplace, with double sofà bed and access to the outside, kitchen (oven, wood burning oven for making pizzas, barbecue) with access onto a covered terrace with table for outdoor dining, 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath. On request it is possible to hire a 6-person jeep with driver for excursions on the property, mountain bikes, fishing poles, to rent during the day a small wooden house in the woods and to purchase wine and olive oil from the farm. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available (Euro 15/week/each)..

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
