Holiday apartments, 10 in all, obtained from the restoration of a villa and its agricultural annexes of a countryside farm located along the Sieve River valley (in the springtime possibility of rowing). Meadows and woods surround the property, where the farm's cows are reared. Peace and quiet. View of the countryside and the village. In the spacious shared outdoor areas is where the swimming pool (18x8) (15/5-30/9) and the table tennis are located. Each apartment has: a telephone (direct for outgoing calls, with an operator for incoming calls) and satellite TV. Shared washing machine. Possibility to hire mountain bikes. Access to the house along 500m of dirt track road. Parking. Simple furniture. Baby-beds availableInternet access. It is possible to have breakfast (5 Euro/person). Central heating. DISTANCES: 1.5 km Dicomano (all kinds of shops), 4 km horse riding, 8 km Vicchio (birthplace of Giotto), 30 km from the Bilancino lake (rowing), 35 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: In the villa, (38 m2). Gr. fl.: living/dining room (Satellite TV) with kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom with a 3rd bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Small reserved garden on one side of the apartment.
LOCATION: 1.5 km Dicomano (all kinds of shops), 4 km horse riding, 8 km Vicchio (birthplace of Giotto), 30 km from the Bilancino lake (rowing), 35 km Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
